Tina Calhoun RYT-200

Tina is passionate about life and actively enjoys traveling and sports. In order to build strength she added yoga classes and instantly fell in love with the physical benefits. Quickly she learned that yoga can awaken the mind and empower the spirit. Tina realized that yoga practice was a way to connect to her purpose, build inner strength, bring mental focus and balance to her life. Tina's transformative experience through yoga practice compelled her to share her light and guide others on their inward journey while gaining physical flexibility, balance, and strength. Tina completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training at Reflections Yoga Center, and a prenatal Yoga Teacher Training as well.
