Mimi Projovic RYT-200

Mimi began her yoga journey 4 years ago as a means to help her with anxiety and daily stress. She stepped onto her mat looking to ground, connect back with herself and calm her mind. The meditative and physical aspects of Ashtanga Yoga have become the nourishment she needs. Her intention is to create a space for students to reconnect with themselves, awakening their intuition and calming their mind. Mimi completed her 200 YTT at Hart Yoga in Frankfort followed by an intensive Ashtanga Teacher Training with Manju Jois in Chicago. She is currently enriching her practice by pursiuing her 500 YTT certification.
