Melissa Comiskey  RYT-200

Melissa began her yoga journey in 2014. Originally drawn to the practice as a fitness regimen, she soon discovered the mental and spiritual benefits that came with maintaining a regular practice. Her instructional style incorporates a holistic approach, unifying mind, body, and spirit through intentionally sequenced postures intended to promote overall wellbeing. Melissa received her 200-hour YTT certification through the Hart Wellness Center.
