Beth Carpenter  RYT-200

Beth discovered yoga three years ago, after the birth of her third child. Prior to this discovery, she had practicedreiki and meditation for several years. Once she found yoga, she never stopped practicing. It has become a foundation in her life, and she firmly believes that yoga is meant for everyone. If a person can breathe, they can participate in yoga practice. There is room for everyone -just as there is room for every emotion.

Beth received her 200-hour YTT certification through the Hart Wellness Center. Come breathe, move, and let your mind go! (Dancing and laughter are always encouraged)
