Introduction to Yoga

Are you interested in Yoga, but had never done yoga or had limited yoga experience? Would you like to start, but don't know how? then the "Intro to Yoga" program is perfect for you!

The "Intro to Yoga" offers you an Introduction to a Yoga Journey. This is the smoothest way for you to start yoga. It is a 5-week course that we recommend to anybody who is new to yoga or has limited yoga experience. This class is also suitable for those who have not practiced yoga for a long time. It is a great way to ease into a yoga practice by learning basic postures and the power of breath.

This is the perfect way to start your yoga practice. Register for the 5-week Introduction to Yoga course:

  • One class a week for 5 weeks in a row
  • Learn the basic yoga postures and breathing techniques
  • Improve your flexibility, strength and quiet your mind
  • Feel safe! The safety of our students is our number one priority at Reflections Yoga Center. It is crucial that a qualified professional Yoga Instructor supervise your yoga poses and immediately correct any potential bad habits that you might develop as a beginner student.. The Instructor will be oberserving you through your poses and modify your pose accordantly
  • Only $60 for the 5 classes

If you consider yourself a beginners student, but beyond the point of an intro student; then check for our "Beginners" classes which are in our schedule of regular classes.

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations at least one week prior to the start of the series, you may request a refund.
  • For cancellations less than one week prior to the start of the series, you may request Reflections Yoga Center credit for your total payment amount. Credit may be used for classes, workshops or special events only.
  • For cancellations 24 hours or less before the series, no refunds or credit will be given.
