Yoga Classes

We offer a substantial number of regular yoga classes every week to fit into anybody’s personal schedule. At Reflections Yoga Center you will find the right class for you whether you are looking for beginner yoga classes to start learning yoga, or you are a seasoned practitioner looking for advanced yoga classes. Students of all levels can enjoy a wide variety of yoga practices in a yoga studio environment that facilitate the real transformation and inspiration which yoga can offer for their daily life. In order to keep a standard of excellence we offer high quality professional yoga instructors in a clean and welcoming studio. This creates a safe yoga space to our students by receiving high quality yoga instructions with compassion. Our goal is for everybody to have access to a variety of yoga classes allowing the students to find a practice that better fit them according to what their body and mind calling is for the day. If you are a begiiner student, you could take Beginners Yoga (This class is appropriate for those students who have some knowledge of yoga. This class is the beginning of the process to master the fundamentals and principles of the yoga poses while deepening the student's understanding of yoga. Appropriate for all levels.); or if you are a more experience student, you could take Hot Yoga (Turn up the heat on your practice with a Vinyasa Flow in a hot environment. This is a vigorous style of yoga, which links movement with breath from pose to pose, creating internal heat to purify the body and mind. Bring your mat and towel to class).
