If you suffer from back pain, sciatica or a herniated disc and are tired of the pain controlling your life, then learn how to take care of your back by reducing or eliminating your back pain and improving your posture. This series focuses on therapeutic yoga exercises to stretch and loosen the back, lengthen the spine and build strong muscles to support it.
This class is appropriate for those students who have some knowledge of yoga. This class is the beginning of the process to master the fundamentals and principles of the yoga poses while deepening the student's understanding of yoga. Appropriate for all levels.
The soothing atmosphere of candles and soft music will help you unwind from the hassles of the day. This slow-movement class incorporates gentle stretches and restorative poses to enhance flexibility and release tension.
A basic yoga class open to the entire community, taught by Reflections' teachers in training, offered the first and third Monday of every month FREE of charge. Donations to the charity of the teacher's choice will be welcome.

Gentle Yoga is suitable for anybody looking for an easy, gentle form of yoga with lots of stretches to awaken the body and mind working toward more range of motion, strength and balance. It is accessible for seniors and people with physical challenges or injuries as well.
This class focuses on increasing flexibility, strength, and balance in any yoga pose finding the inner strength for peace and happiness. You will also learn breathing techniques and will be guided through relaxation. Hatha Yoga is suitable for all levels and ages, and it helps reduce the stress and tension caused by daily life.
Turn up the heat on your practice with a Vinyasa Flow in a hot environment. This is a vigorous style of yoga, which links movement with breath from pose to pose, creating internal heat to purify the body and mind. Bring your mat and towel to class.
We offer an Introduction to Yoga 5-week course that we recommend to anybody who is new to yoga or has limited yoga experience. This class is also suitable for those who have not practiced yoga for a long time. It is a great way to ease into a yoga practice by learning basic postures and the power of breath.
Build self-esteem, develop character and help children become more aware of their bodies' abilities. This class will focus on basic yoga poses, breathing and relaxation activities, cooperative games and having fun! Ages 5 to 10.

This is a non-strenuous, gentle class which
will increase the flexibility of the muscles involved in childbirth, and
introduce breathing and relaxation techniques to relieve pain (useful at delivery)
instructed by a certified prenatal yoga teacher.

Yoga for Anxiety offers tools to manage anxiety through the use of physical postures, breath, mantra and meditation. Learn how you can overcome frustrations and even depression by focusing on your breath and the present moment while doing poses and breathing techniques to calm your nervous system.
