Program Description
Thank you for your interest in Reflections Yoga Center's Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Program. We are committed to sharing the ancient wisdom of yoga in order to spread peace, health, love, and happiness. We believe that by producing well trained teachers and deeply balanced practitioners, we will help achieve that goal.
The program is designed for Yoga Teachers and Yoga Practitioners who would like to have the ability to modify yoga poses during pregnancy. We believe these 9 months are very special times in a woman's life and they deserve the special care and all the powerful tools that they can have for a natural birth and to maintain emotional and physical balance. Prenatal Yoga is a great way to take care of mom and baby in a healthy and safe way during pregnancy. Trainees in the program will learn how to instruct and assist effectively, with sensitivity towards the students. The participants in the program will also learn how to break down asanas to ALL levels of students.Upon completion, a 200-hour certified yoga teacher will receive a certificate of completion in Prenatal Yoga Training.
The program will deepen your understanding of this 9-month journey of pregnancy by immersing you in the study of the fundamentals of pre and postnatal yoga; including:
