Hot Yoga

Turn up the heat on your practice with a yoga flow in a hot environment. This is a vigorous style of yoga, which links movement with breath from pose to pose, creating internal heat to purify the body and mind. Bring your mat and towel to class.

Hot yoga promises mental and physical benefits. Some of the benefits in a hot yoga class are:

  • Weight Loss by increasing your pulse, heart rate, and metabolism
  • Helps to detoxify impurities from the body
  • Helps to safely come deeper into asanas (yoga poses) with warm muscles
  • Improves blood circulation which increases blood flow to the limbs

We advice drinking plenty of water before, during and after the hot yoga class. In order to allow the skin to breathe during the hot yoga class we recomend wearing light clothing such as a tank top and shorts.
